Important: Upon making a reservation with us you are accepting the terms and conditions detailed below.
Contracting – 30% or 50%, depending on the services or packs, of the total cost must be paid when you sign the contract. Payment can be made either by cash or bank transfer. Relocation Bcn Services won’t start until we have received the contract signed and payment or proof of payment.
Cancellation – If you cancel the services before we start working on them your deposit will be refunded in full. Your deposit will not be refund in any other situation.
Changes related to the number of people and characteristics of the criteria established for contracted services may be made before we start working on the service, videos or visits made with the previous criteria will count as part of your pack.
